We are currently looking to expand our partnering base and are currently looking for:

You will be experienced in building services design and will be able to carry-out the following;
  • Heat loss calculations
  • Ventilation calculations
  • Heating and ventilation design
  • Domestic hot and cold water design
  • SBEM calculations
  • Building warrant applications
  • Production of
    • Outline Specifications
    • Design Drawings (Warrant, Tender and Construction)
    • General and Particular Specifications
    • Bills of Quantities
    • Condition Reports

 

Qualified to a minimum of HNC level and ideally be registered with the Engineering Council as a Chartered Engineer or working towards (CEng) you will be familiar with the Construction Industry Building Services and the different methods of services  procurement. You will also be computer literate and have experience on the Microsoft Office suite of software packages.

  • Lighting and emergency lighting calculations
  • External lighting calculations
  • Sub main and final circuit cable calculations
  • Lighting and power design
  • Fire alarm design
  • Data installation design
  • Specification of all equipment, cabling and accessories associated with the electrical services design
  • Production of
    • Outline Specifications
    • Design Drawings (Warrant, Tender and Construction)
    • General and Particular Specifications
    • Bills of Quantities
    • Condition Reports
