Bruce Campbell acted as the Landlord’s adviser for the electrical services of this new office development, in close consultation with Archial and Steelcase, electrical service alterations and specific Mechanical and Electrical requirements were outlined in a series of data sheets which stipulated the required lighting levels, control temperature and ventilation requirements.

The computer suite was designed out with power supplies from the UPS to dual distribution boards and with final dual circuits to feed the racks. The data backbone requirements were also designed with assistance from Chevron’s own IT department.

The building was designed in a way that would allow the building to be split and for separate tenants to occupy the 2 parts if this was required sometime in the future. This had a bearing on the configuration of the stand-by generation equipment which was specified to the Landlords M&E designer to provide.
